The Dreamboard


What is it?

An apparent dry erase board, on which arising preferences & desires are written. Essentially what’s written on the board, is the dream which is already within you, and which can be realized & manifested. What you write is entirely up to you.

What do I write on it?

Anything! To get started, keep it simple - think of what you want to eat today, and write that. Do your best not to overthink it. If you want a car, write that. If you want a sandwich, write ‘sandwhich’. If you want a coffee, write ‘coffee’. If you want to move out & get an apartment or a house, to go on a retreat or take a vacation, to change jobs or careers, or create a new company - anything that comes to mind that you want - write that. There is nothing too big or too small, there is no right or wrong - there is wanted… arising preferences.

The more you add to it, the clearer preferences, desires & interests are. With each day you go to bed and see it again in the morning, more clarity arises in seeing what used to ‘float around as thoughts’, right in front of you - from a bird’s eye view.

Why create one?

Manifesting the dream within you and experiencing it ‘in the flesh’ is the most satisfying possibility of all experience and is the greatest contribution possible on behalf of your brothers, sisters & world - your creating, your creation. No words can truly communicate what exemplification so perfectly & silently speaks. It is the allowing of Self, into the world Self is being.

The dreamboard isn’t separate, and therein is a means of unveiling & unfettering the ineffable magic of reality, of being or experience if you will, of creating - of Self.

Inspiration, self-recognition, awakening, enlightenment - and all ‘the stuff’ - effortlessly, via expression & alignment. Boldly write what’s wanted. Keep it between ‘you & You’. Lifestyle, changes, relationships, prosperity, abundance & all experience desired to manifest and actually be experienced - write it on the board.

More so though, what is the tangible significance of this in my life?

Navigating relativity, consciously. Attracting, consciously. Conceptualizations of life & the passing of time might arise, but in truth conscious creating is now, or not at all. The thrill, the ‘juice’, the ‘electricity’ of consciously creating - is far greater than the pleasures of the ten thousand things. But of course, you can have your cake & eat it too. Again, it’s ‘why you came’. It’s literally whatever you have in mind. What you write on the board manifests, because you are the creator. Creating is the ‘why’ of being.

It can’t be as easy as you’re describing it.

Use the emotional scale, as well as the other tools. When using the emotional scale - be sure to complete the emotional scale. Don’t stop short on “your self” - walk ‘your’ ‘self’ all the way ‘back to’, Self.

Feel the sensibility of allowing discordant thoughts to be as they naturally are, which is, to appear & disappear, to come & go. You are the creator and you are more powerful than you could ever know or believe.

Focus - is more powerful, more relevant, and more effortless than yet noticed & appreciated. This is precisely what is recognized in creating a dreamboard and using the tools, as healing occurs & limiting beliefs are therein dispelled.

What kind of dry erase board is best?

Large, double sided, on wheels, with an array of colorful dry erase markers.

How to use it?

Write whatever comes to mind, that you want. That’s it.

  • Not what you believe you’re supposed to want or do. Let your brothers & sisters make their own boards. Feel the peace of this.

  • Not what you believe you need - what you want. Most often, what you believe you need, is actually what you want.

  • Not anything about ‘you’ - what you want. Whatever you want to experience. This includes anything & everything you want to be, as whatever you are being, you are aware of & experiencing.

How does it work though… like for real, just tell me how it works.

Be realistic to what is, so to speak, to ‘where you’re at’, or, what is ‘true for you’. Bypassing, vs inspecting and understanding beliefs and any discord therein which arises - does not ‘work’. You are The Creator. If the dreamboard “doesn’t work” - the emotional scale does. Use it, and then come back to the dreamboard.

Do not write “$1,000,000” and “my own island” on your board and hold the expectation for it to manifest, if in earnestly and sincerely, you believe this is not possible. Start simply with something smaller. To ‘test it out’, write something far less significant with respect to any limiting beliefs. This might be elephants, cardboard, or key rings. Anything which there is little to no attachment with / to / about. Something which when thought of, feels free, easy, less significant, free of attachment, free of any pressure or expectations. Write that on the board - and you’re done. Then bring focus to perception & feeling through out your day as you experience the ever-playful universe ‘showing you’, appearing as - being - that which you wrote. Notice the ‘winks’, revel in the synchronicity.

  • If there is certainty of that which you wrote, the universe will be - and in this case, awesome. There is nothing to add here.

  • If there is uncertainty - believe that what you write will manifest. Believe in yourself. That is not to say, ‘believe what you’re being told here’, nor ‘believe you are the separate self of thoughts’, but rather, check direct experience. Believe in the potentiality of being. See it first hand as perception. Words can only point, it’s the actuality which is miraculous. It’s feeling which is the guide & guidance, not the words, not any ‘teachers’ or ‘teachings’.

  • If you aren’t comfortable with believing, or, listening to feeling - then just be open minded. Be willing to be open minded. Be willing to simply not know, to remain inconclusive - to see for yourself.

What is the backside for?

Inspection. The vantage point of ‘what you’re thinkin’, written on the board, is a bird’s eye view which is far superior in terms of allowing clarity in regard to thoughts, vs trying to make sense of the activity of thought ‘swirling around in the ether’ (“in your head”). This can be most useful for inspecting the ‘tricky nature’ of Self Referential Thoughts and Subject Object Thoughts. This is ‘getting out of your own way’, dispelling discordant beliefs - allowing alignment.

How does this all change my experience of life, and my understanding of reality? Please, just spit it out. Just tell me what you’re really trying to say here.

The direct experience can only speak for itself. These words are the handful of beans. The manifestation is the beanstalk. The actuality is the only reliable testimony, as therein testimony was merely a pointing. Embrace non-conceptualization. Allow the activity of thought to be a smaller and smaller portion of the Whole of experience. Be where you are, with, as, what is. Enjoy this everlasting moment first & formost. Allow what you are wanting to come to you, to ‘show up’ in this ‘now’. Allow the magic of being the chance, and you will not be disappointed.

What does the dreamboard have to do with the emotional scale?

Writing what you want on your board is affirmative & validating of, and you could say breathes life into, creates - what you want. There is indeed a Source of this wanting, of so called desire, and there is indeed a seed within you to be planted which will flourish. This ‘Source’ is The Truth. The affirming & expressing of your wanting, is most connective. Allowing begets alignment, and alignment dispels even ‘connectivity’.

This is inherently ‘shadow work’, or, ‘shining the light of awareness’ on any limiting discordant beliefs. Beliefs which sound like ‘I can’t’, are dispelled by alignment, by Truth.

These beliefs, while not things or objects in time, will arise to naturally ‘come up and out’, or simply put, naturally be let go - because they are in discord with what is natural, Truth, Creator-Creating-Creation. What might presently seem ‘woo woo’, or ‘just wishful thinking’ - too good to be possible - will come to be known & recognized as, the common sense.

Just like with the experience of any relationship, some discordant beliefs are naturally illuminated… so it is with communion, the not-of-this-world ‘relationship’ between ‘you and You’. What’s been bothering you, what’s been discordant, will naturally be illuminated, dispelled, seen through, relinquished - burned away by the light within.

What’s dispelled & seen through are conceptualizations of yourself and reality. Misinterpretations of old, of conditioning, of who you really are.



I understand the way to start here is to make a dreamboard, and make use of the tools. But how do I literally start the “conscious creating”? What do I… do?

Conscious creating is not a doing, and is not a ‘new thing’ or ‘way’, which you learn. Quite similar to meditation, conscious creating is allowing - receiving. The use of the dreamboard, and of the tools like the emotional scale… reveal the truth - that you are already creating reality effortlessly by being.

Again, that may very well seem like an outlandish claim, and this is why The Truth is referred to as absolute, or, The Truth. The Truth can not be thought, as in ‘thunk’. The direct experience of using the dreamboard, and the tools… truly - can not be explained, and can not be, technically, understood. To believe it could be, would be to believe one can think the taste of a double chocolate, chocolate frosted donut with chocolate sprinkles. The thought of the taste is not the taste.

What about with relationships? I know you’re not about to tell me that I can manifest the ideal partner here.

Yep. Works for that too. Already is. The difference lies in the ‘consciously’, of consciously creating. The universe is being me and you and all that is - isn’t it so? It be’s them too. Take a moment to reflect on past relationships. What resonated, what didn’t? What was fun & easy, what was difficult? What did I attract, and why? In terms of wanted - what was clarified?

The universe is the only teacher. Words can only point to what is ineffably already guiding. One must listen, and ‘go and see’.



Alright. Maybe I’ll try this out. What if I don’t know what to write on my dreamboard? What if I don’t know what I want?

If the aim is to discover what you do want, notice the habit of focusing on what you don’t want. Use the simple tool of Improv Writing, to change that habit to consciously (and effortlessly) focusing on what you do want, by more or less simply applying the ‘rule’ of: “Yesand”. 

On a piece of paper, write a list of everything experience has revealed that you don’t want. Then write the opposite of each of those on your dreamboard.

It feels really nice to experience seeing the board filled with lots of what you do want, since inherently what you do want feels good, to you. Mindfully create; be mindful you are a, the, creator. Be mindful there is no rewind, no stop, and no fast forward. There is only play, and this is already the case.


What about ‘God powers’ and stuff like that? Like, if I write on my dreamboard I want to be able to fly, given what you’re saying here, shouldn’t that come true?

While there definitely is ‘flying’, often referred to as floating, streaming or stream entry, oneness, or most simply, wakefulness… this question brings about the matter of ego, of identity. While in truth, no one can tell anyone they can’t fly - as it were, you’d have to stop being gravity first. Be most open minded… perhaps what is, as is, is already the perfection in which you begin consciously creating. Consider - what is the second half of a movie, without the first, without the story, without the stage having been already set. Such is the miracle of now, and that there truly is no past. Such is the ‘unfolding’ of This.



In terms of attracting, what about bad or negative thoughts, or thoughts about stuff I don’t want to happen to me or people I know? If I start attracting or consciously creating, is there a chance I start attracting that also?

Just as you are attracting, so too is everyone else. You aren’t attracting on behalf of anyone else, no one is attracting on your behalf. We are all collectively attracting, and we can all help each other to consciously create.

There is no source of bad or negative, and no source of what you don’t want to happen. Analogously, focusing upon an empty gas tank doesn’t result in a change of scenery. Similarly, focusing upon what is undesirable, and or the absence of wanted, doesn’t result in the changes one desires. There is a source, and ‘it’ is Good, and the alignment of thought with ‘it’s’ substance & source,Goodness - is conscious creating.

Creator-Creating-Creation Journaling

Your attention as it were is no small thing - it intrinsically creates.

In thought, there is a subject and an object. In believing thoughts, it is believed you are the subject & there are exterior, separate, objects. In truth, reality is an appearance within, of and for - you.

The universe exists - for & as, you.

Of the infinite potentiality you are, as the creator you are - allow yourself the gift of yourself.

The gift of the truth of yourself, the gift that is the present.


Check figuring out & solving at the door.

Take a few deep stomach breaths and relax, head to toes.

Write down what you want unabashedly. Anything from a sandwich in an hour, to a million dollars, to a deep sense of purpose, belonging and connection.

Anything.

Don’t filter, critique or compare - don’t think about how you’ll go about it or get it.

Let go of the how.

Focus upon the what.

Just write down whatever comes to mind that you actually want to have, do, be, or experience, no matter how outlandish, no matter what anyone else might think, no matter what your present concerns or situation might be.

As you do, notice - be aware;

Thoughts of wanted attract more thoughts of wanted.

Feel the feeling of alignment; ‘that feeling’ is yourself.

Allow the potentiality of your true nature, by allowing all possibilities to come to mind.

Imagine being there, having what you want, experiencing what you want. Close your eyes and imagine you are there. Forget about before there. Let go of now. Be only there. Imagine the sight, sounds, smells & sensations - the general & whole feeling of being there. Feel the natural intrinsic appreciation for creation, and for the experience of being a conscious creator.

Imagine & feel the already-having of it, to the tune you feel the certainty & awesomeness that you indeed absolutely & wholeheartedly are deserving, worthy, capable and divinely loved.

Note this feeling.

Recognize the ever-present accessibility, and limitless possibilities of this feeling.

 Aligning thought with feeling


What is being implied by aligning thought with feeling?

Aligning thought with feeling is not about meaning, thinking or beliefs.

It’s about feeling, awareness, consciously creating, consciously allowing & attracting the manifestation of preferences.

Aligning thought with feeling is an acknowledgement of preferences, and an allowing of thought to freely come & go. A ‘sifting’ in a sense, via intrinsically effortless focus. An allowing of thought(s) about or related to preferences to be a vibrational match with preferences.

As the frequency of thoughts about preferences matches the vibration of, experiential reality appears as a match of vibration. Simply, though dualistically put - via alignment, that which you desire, manifests.

In aligning thought with feeling, feeling is recognized as ever-present, while thought(s) is acknowledged as apparent & thus ever-changing - always and only ever appearing & disappearing, always and only ever seemingly coming & going.

You can use a cell phone without a signal, but the content on the screen isn’t going to change much.

You can steer a car without gas in the tank, but the scenery will remain the same.

Alignment is allowing the signal to be received, which is an allowing of the tank to be filled up - and thus, allowing the change preferred to manifest - no longer elusively kept at bay.

You are being; that which is attracting & allowing.

You are being; that which is attracted & allowed.

Creator-Creating-Creation.

In letting go of, or, simply no longer focusing upon a discordant thought, the apparent finite mind is emptied, and a more aligned & insightful thought can now appear. This is allowing that which is on the dreamboard, which is manifesting, to manifest. A ‘getting out of ones own way’ as it were.


How are you so sure about this & How could I know this with certainty for myself?

The certainty or sureness is feeling, and is not a knowing per se… is not a believing of apparent thought(s). Alignment is simply the case ‘now’, or not, and therein discord or alignment is felt.

How do I “let go” of a discordant thought?

By effortlessly focusing upon anything else, such as perception and or sensation.

Perhaps the simplest way to allow discordant thoughts to pass is focusing on feeling breathing from the stomach. Attention is withdrawn from the activity of thinking, and the mind naturally clears and is rejuvenated.


But isn’t this bypassing… just “sticking your head in the sand” or “wishful thinking” basically?

It’s putting how you feel, first.

That is, it’s ‘putting’ feeling rightfully before thoughts, as this is already the case. It’s a ‘not getting ahead of yourself’. Allowing gas to fill the tank and enjoying the ever changing scenery of the unfolding journey.

When there is the experience of suffering, of discord, there is inherently only one true desire - to feel better. There is no end in found in thought(s), to seeking better feeling from thoughts; things, people, teachers, videos, books, methods, information, substances & relationships - experiences and objects. Suffering ends with focusing upon better feeling, perspectives and interpretations - because the suffering or discord is of , discordant thought(s).


Why… now?

Because “past” & “future” are not actual, but are thoughts about - a past or future. Now, as is the present, as in presence - is actual. Now is the vibrational appearance which you are being - already.

Now is the very same being, which is being this vibrational appearance - which also be’s the vibrational appearance of - that which is desired to be experienced, and thoughts about as well.

Why is it so hard to notice this, to do this?

Essentially yet seemingly, collective conditioning - the collectively shared belief that discord is a given, ‘just the way it is’, ‘just the way life is’, or internalized - ‘just how I am’.

Indeed, if discord were ‘just how you are’, or ‘how it is’, then discordant thoughts, perspectives & interpretations would feel perfectly aligned with what is.

But of course, this is not the case.

Thus, it can not accurately be said this is ‘hard to notice’, because the discord, as well as any momentum of discord, is felt. The discord is of the thought that ‘it’s hard to notice’. The very experience of the discord of the thought is the evidence that the thought isn’t true.

Focusing upon discordant thoughts & interpretations feels discordant because you are the creator.

That is, continuing to focus upon & express thoughts which do not resonate does not create change in accordance with preference, as discordant thoughts are not aligned with or indicative of the truth or true nature of you, the creator - that which is feeling, which be’s and is the very ‘substance’ of, preference & change.

The experience of discord, or, suffering, and the momentum of, is often conceptualized with thought-labels such as tension, stress, pressure, imbalance, anxiety, contraction, depression or any one of a limitless plethora of labels which are oriented in an other-than-feeling direction.

When discord (suffering) is respectfully acknowledged, and therein - thought is aligned with feeling, with truth - these discordant sensations and the conceptual labels which so often casually veil discord between thought & feeling - simply no longer arise. In the momentum of alignment, you’ll actually ‘struggle’ to remember what these discordant thoughts even felt like before. If that is hard to believe - don’t. If that is hard to remember - don’t.

It’s not about knowing, understanding, believing or remembering.

It’s about feeling the discord & alignment; a non-doing of presence.


What is momentum in this regard?

Ineffably & undefinably This. This apparent unfolding and the discord & alignment, the joy & dis-ease, therein.

As it relates to conscious creating, momentum is of allowance, and is the natural manifesting of preference(s), by ‘putting’ feeling first, and thus vibrationally aligning thought with feeling.


Why should I trust what’s being said here?

Don’t trust what’s being said; ‘listen’ to feeling, trust only in yourself. Verify what’s being said here only in direct experience. This is a pointing back to yourself, to the intrinsic guidance of emotion. The guidance within is the only teacher.


But I mean, why should I believe you?

Make a dreamboard. Align thought with feeling. See for yourself. Believing, or not believing, or anything heard or thought about consciously creating - will never amount to the ineffable direct experience of the truth consciously creating. Truly, words can only point. If anything is received from these words, allow it to be that joyfully creating in accordance with preference is possible.

How to use the scale

  • Choose the emotion on the scale which is experienced.

  • Express simply & earnestly that the emotion is experienced.

  • Then do the same with the next higher emotion on the scale.

  • Express each emotion without skipping over any, to the top of the scale.

  • Feel for the subtle shift of feeling better with the expression of each emotion.

Emotion is guidance… to the experiencing of… what is wanted.
Expression of emotions experienced is not ‘about myself’.
It’s just about the expressing.
Keep it simple.

Key steps: An interpretation on the emotional scale

When the emotions on the grey & black bars are being experienced,
self referential thoughts are being experienced;
and The Guidance is felt.

Self referential thoughts are thoughts about ‘you’,
which are not actually true.

This is why these thoughts don’t resonate.
This is suffering, or, discord.

Feel the inward orientation of discordant
self referential thoughts; feel the “about myself” factor.

Express the next emotion on the scale, jealousy, by expressing anything that you’ve seen others having, doing, being, creating or experiencing… which you desire to have, be, do, create & experience.


Feel the outward orientation of these thoughts about your experience.

Feel the relief of this inward to outward shift in focus.

Note & recognize that subtle feeling of relief.

While it could seem that reaching for a thought to express jealousy is unrelated, or even counter intuitive, this is a good place to remember the ‘big power’ in using the scale is actually found in the small moves from expressing one emotion to the next. It’s about that little bit of feeling better, and better, and better. Tuning & calibrating a little bit at a time. It adds up - momentum.

We all experience periods in life where we’re not on the upbeat and we see other people inspired, feeling great, moving & shaking and creating their lives.

There is a dream within every one and you are no exception. Seeing others moving forward can bring about the often misunderstood emotion of jealousy, the wishing we ‘had that’, or were creating or experiencing what someone else is. To express this, is to move up the scale - to feel better - to begin to consciously create.

Moving from jealousy to anger, revenge, hatred or rage simply feels a bit better. It’s about getting it out, no longer carrying it, letting the energy unwind & be expressed outwards emotionally.

It’s ok to feel anger for example, and to express it. Do not express it upon anyone, this is only for you, for your expressing in the name of aligning with well being, and liberating yourself such that you create, what you want.

You might feel inclined to express anger toward selfish or poor judgments, behaviors & actions you have experienced from others. You might also emotionally express & fantasize about revenge. Perhaps you are simply sick and tired, and a bit angry, about not accomplishing what you’ve desired to, and about not feeling the inspiration & energy to do so. Relax & safely express how you really feel. Express freely, earnestly, and openly - let it all out.

Then reach for a better feeling thought to express the next emotion on the scale, discouragement. Feel the relief as you express that you do sometimes feel discouragement. How you feel is always valid, and life can be quite challenging for all.

You’re not alone in discouragement, everyone feels it from time to time. Recognizing & expressing that we have been or are feeling discouragement feels very relieving. It is in a way an admittance, a coming to terms with the present, which always yields relief & insights.

You might even receive specific ideas as to different ways to go about some things at this point, but please continue expressing up the scale. There are many more insights & epiphanies to arise within you.

The admittance we’ve been feeling discouragement can bring up discordant memories of the past. Stay true to the course of expression, and reach for a thought to express blame. Just like with anger, hatred, rage or revenge, we will not actually be sending any muggles to the gallows today, so express freely, unabashedly, and keep in mind this is just for you. Blame as you feel inclined to. Feel into the emotion and express it fully.

Feel free to blame someone, a situation, circumstances, even the whole world if you feel it. If it is relieving, you can even feel free to blame ‘your self’ for decisions you might have made, or actions you may have taken. Blame-a-way. Now is the time. Let it out & be free of it. Feel the relief, the ‘taking your power back’, by allowing, expressing, and processing blame.

The next higher emotion on the scale, is worry. This ‘scale’ is already proving to be mysterious indeed. You came here to feel better, and are being instructed to ‘reach for worry’. This is utter nonsense you say... this guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about. What gives? 

Moving from blame to worry is the beginning of realigning in empowerment. Expressing what you’ve been worrying about, and expressing what you worry about for the future...is the letting go. It is ‘bringing it into the light of awareness’. It is making the so called unconscious, conscious. The resistance of worry is in the not looking at what the worry is about.

When we inspect and express, it becomes clearer that we are not actually in a past or future,
but present - presence - here, now.

We are always already ‘where’ the good feeling we seek is - always here, always now.

If you want water, you go to the faucet.
If you want better feeling, go to feeling.

Expression is inspection, and uncovers & reveals the true nature.
Expression becomes understanding, and understanding is liberation.

Yes. We are quoting from alternate fantastical identities and you are being asked to actually express, doubt. What is this madness? Tornados have fewer twists. How does this make any sense?

It feels better to express that you are experiencing doubt,
than to worry about anything,
because the recognition that via focus, you are in control, is empowering.

Worry feels like ‘could happen to me’.
Doubt feels like ‘I am doubting’.

This is a major foothold, a foundation of empowerment, taking ownership of how you feel, recognizing you are in control.

Everyone experiences doubt sometimes, but not everyone expresses that they do. Not everyone is ready to put that armor down just quite yet.

Express your doubts to liberate of them. Do not cherish them, do not justify or rationalize them, and do not entertain them a moment longer than is needed...but do not hide them, for it is only in resisting, that they can seem to grow. Bring any doubts you’ve been experiencing to mind and feel & express them fully. Feel the subtle relief of this expressing as an unfettering.

Reach for a better feeling thought from the place of doubt, by expressing disappointment. Feel the release, the freeing of the mindset of doubt, in recognizing you know the feeling of disappointment.

Everyone knows this emotion, everyone experiences disappointment at some point. You might feel it toward another, you might feel it in regard to thoughts about your past, you might feel it toward the whole cosmos, but when we express it we let it go, and in doing so we make a space for the magic of appreciation to fill. 

Express anything that has been on your mind that you feel
the emotion of disappointment for or with.

Remember to go slowly, and to feel & express each emotion gently & lovingly. If you happen to catch yourself ‘beating up on yourself’, you can always ‘scroll up’, and go back and express that worry or doubt, and move again to disappointment and into overwhelment.

As you express a better feeling thought and feel the emotion of overwhelment, notice how it indeed does feel just a bit better than disappointment. It feels good to bring it to the light. In overwhelment, there is the recognition of momentum.

The recognition you are not focusing on & creating what you desire to be creating,
is the recognition of the significance, magic and power of focus; of consciously creating.

Therein lies all the difference.

To feel, understand, and know how thoughts of anger, blame, worry and doubt inevitably overwhelm, is very empowering. To clear of emotional misunderstanding & discord, is to clear the lens of focus.

The recognition and expression of overwhelment is, in a sense, a ‘popping of the balloon’ of one’s own ‘big picture of worry’. It is a ‘putting down’ of ‘the baggage’ we’ve been carrying. This inherently feels relieving & enlightening, as it brings us back to the simple, to the now, to what is, to Ourself, to the present, to presence.

This is mindfulness.

Just go ahead and ‘drop the china’.

As you continue practicing the scale each day, dots connect and feel like stars aligning within you. An entirely new vantage point is experienced. Focus becomes more realized, and more mindfully employed.

You are not designed, intended or expected to take on so much at once, or to carry the burden of discord. Going forward, allow the burn of overwhelment to be felt & spotted in it’s earliest of stages, and ‘nip it in the bud’.

In feeling, understanding & recognizing overwhelment, one can no longer fear or be moved by it. One who knows the emotion & understands how one arrives there, is one who knows how to navigate and steer clear of it.

Ah, everybody’s favorite - frustration, irritation, and impatience. As you express & acknowledge these as emotions - you feel the relief.

The admittance, expressing & recognition of emotions, is the relinquishing of, via the understanding of, the emotions.

When you’re experiencing overwhelment, recognizing the bodily sensations of the emotions of frustration, irritation and impatience, is deeply insightful. As you feel into these emotions, begin to feel the connecting of the dots.

The mind tends to avert, or, to wander to pasts and ‘feeling better in a future’,
but feeling is ever-present & abundantly available, here, now. 

Breathe, relax.
Take a few deep belly breaths and feel the body sink into gravity.
Don’t think relaxation...feel into relaxation.

If any expectations or conditions that you’ve been holding arise, shine your light on them as they are released. Appreciate that in experiencing these emotions, you are now able to derive what you do want to focus upon with more clarity & acuity. Feel how the resistance fades in the feeling of focusing on, what you do want to focus on.

And now we are getting outlandishly crazy again. How could expressing pessimism possibly be advisable? How can this feel good? 

It is highly likely you are experiencing a certain ‘boost’ in your intuition, simply for having put attention on feeling & emotions while reading this.

Pessimistic thoughts and outlooks are most often the result of emotional avoidance & suppression. As they say, we ‘get out of our own way’ to realize no one is stopping us from creating & living the life in our heart, the life we dream of - the creating we creators came into creation for in the first place.

It is why you are here now. It is the how you are here now.

It is profoundly true, at this point on the scale, the ‘real work’ has already been done.

The Inner Kriya: Your volition, your willingness to be in accord with your intuition - to inspect, express and understand.

With every step up the scale you are feeling relief and freeing your mind. Take a moment to notice the nature of your good intention to understand. Imagine what a world this would be if everyone were as open minded, understanding, brave & willing.

Reach for the next better feeling emotion, boredom, by recognizing that you do sometimes experience it.

In this present era of ever-available distractions, such as phones & screens in general, the experience of boredom is highly misunderstood, and incredibly undervalued. The power of boredom is most under-appreciated.

All this energy, all this underlying desire to create, but yet - boredom is the experience. Why?

To exercise the inner kriya - that is, to willfully choose to allow the experience of the emotion of boredom, is to choose not to distract.

To be pessimistic about boredom, is to remain in pessimism. To directly experience the actual feeling of boredom, is to liberate as a creator. How does that make sense?

Willfully feeling boredom, naturally inspired thoughts, ideas, and insights about what you want to create, and how you’d like to go about it arise.

There is indeed a creator’s dream within you. It is indeed arising, always. To willfully experience boredom, is to take a break from distractions. To do so allows patterns of thought activity to relax, to settle.

The insights & ideas in regard to your preferences
- what you desire to create & experience -
now have a space to arise in.

Allowing boredom, is the key to feeling contentment.

Paradoxically perhaps, allowing boredom is allowing contentment.
Allowing contentment is being at peace with what is actual, with here & now.

Here & now is where feeling is. Here & now is what feeling is.
Here & now is where conscious creation is.
Here & now is what creation is.

There is no ‘there’. Attempt to ‘go there’.

What you’ll inevitably find, as you try to go to a ‘there’,
is that it is always, ‘here’, or, it is always only ever, ‘where’ you are.

There is no ‘then’. Attempt to go to ‘then’,
and you’ll find it is always, now.

You are the creator.
You are creating.

You are ‘here’.
You are ‘now’.

If there were, dare I say it, one... most unsuspectingly ‘sneaky’ emotion, surely it is contentment. In the willingness to take a deep breath and feel the body respond in relaxation...in bringing attention to seeing, hearing and feeling now, here, where you are...what was mistaken to be perhaps bland, mundane, boring, or in need of change to appraise - is revealed to be the very Pheonix of life, the face itself, of pure magic. Nowhere is relief and humor found on the emotional scale more so than in the sweet peace and aliveness of non-conditional, simple - ‘ordinary’ - contentment. 

Contentment, or rather in the ‘reach’ for a thought to express & feel contentment… reveals another sneakery at play as well, that of the holding of conditions as to how now must be different, for you to feel contentment. Simply notice these conditional discordant thoughts coming & going, and notice the trail of justifications which come & go in their wake as well. Allow it to be seen first hand, how sneaky the mind can be.

As you look around your environment now, ask yourself, what in this moment prevents me from feeling, just, fine… ok with this moment now, as it is?

Without conditional peace, only true peace remains, and in peace all things are made possible. Peace is the fundamental foundation of creator-creating-creation.

When the old, the discordant, is focused upon… the new, the aligned, is not.

When you realize that nothing prevents you from being at peace in this moment, and that wherever you are it is always now, and that wherever you are, feeling always is - you have struck gold. Allow this realization to freely settle & deepen within you. Allow this information, this message, to wash over you. Do not try to ‘figure out’, simple read this, and sleep on it. Allow it to ‘fill in’ of it’s own accord.

Express contentment as much as possible, by being present where and when you are, here & now… noticing arising conditions, and returning attention to perception & feeling, or, here & now.

Look now, around the room. Feel into the inexplicable miracle of breathing. Take a few seconds to see, hear & feel the space, and the peace of the room.

Appreciate the pure profundity of the existence of ordinary objects in the room.

Notice this space was here before those walls were constructed, and this space will remain when they are gone. Notice the space of the room carries on, and is not actually separate from the space outside the room.

Notice there is no actual separation between the space of the room, the space outside, and outer space. Behold this peace is infinite. Recognize your power as a creator, in that the holding of simple condition, is the withholding communion, and therein, of creating what you actually do want.

Take a moment to step outside and simply look up. See that this space, and this peace, are infinite & unbound, and feel that you are not separate from this peace.

Feel the truth; that you are this peace which is, creator-creating-creation.

As you feel this peace of contentment, as you let go, and breathe and relax, notice the subtle change in arising thoughts. What is at peace is rested and rejuvenated, and naturally begins to feel inspiration, to create. 

In the recognition you can always breathe & relax, and ‘dial into’ the space, into the now, into the peace...and in the awareness that the now, this space, and this peace couldn’t be escaped even if you wanted to or tried, hopefulness arises. 

The mind, free of conditions upon what is, is at peace & is clearer, and of that clarity, what can be naturally arises. Feel the natural arising of hopefulness and of hopeful thoughts. Note that this subtle delightful feeling arises whenever you express and let go of what no longer serves nor resonates. 

It is our true nature to experience, and thus learn from disappointment, frustration and overwhelment. The more we experience, the more we realize our preferences & desire, the more we know and can thus focus upon what we do want. The more we experience and utilize the emotional scale, the more guidance we receive, and the more knowing & feeling of our true nature is revealed.

Within the recognition that you can always breathe, relax, and ‘ground in the now’, comes the recognition you will be able to do this anytime you like, no matter what life brings. 

‘Dial into’ this hopefulness as much as possible. Feel it, and recognize the feeling of it. You will soon be able to recall it by feeling, anytime you like.

Hopefulness is the golden spell; no condition and no judgement can withstand the intrinsic power of the presence of hopefulness. As you connect more & more precisely to the knowing feeling of hopefulness, take this feeling meta by sharing it with those you love, and maybe even with those you just, kinda, like.

When you are stably grounded in this peace & hopefulness, bring this feeling to your perception, and allow it to cast upon all you see without discretion. Begin to offer it freely, without condition or expectation of reciprocity. Feel the intrinsic goodness within you, as you do.

From hopefulness, reach for a thought of positive expectation. A single thought about anything you want to do, have, be, or experience. Reach for a single thought in believing that you can. One optimistic thought. 

Feel, and recognize feeling is itself the juice, the electricity, of creation consciously creating. 

Notice you feel - bigger. Notice, you are part of something much, much bigger. Feel this in your bones. Notice it feels wonderful to recognize you are not separate. Welcome the feeling of excitement for the possibilities of what can come.

Notice, having shifted focus away from and emotionally felt & released that which is no longer serving you, you naturally feel lighter, more buoyant, and just, better. You have significantly raised your vibration. This is a mystery science may never get to the bottom of, but now you know that you can - in a matter of minutes...using the emotional scale. 

Feel the simple goodness in these new thoughts which arise. Take note to notice that these thoughts attract more of the same feeling thoughts, and even better feeling thoughts. Be aware of the momentum of this.

Please take note officially, for all matters of personal safety and legalities, that you are hereby warned and cautioned about this goodness of feeling. As this focus upon what you want & what you are inspired to create inevitably fills your body & mind with the feeling of goodness such that you can no longer even keep yourself standing... sit down for a minute or two.

Be careful - this is powerful ‘stuff’ you’re tampering with here. As you reach for a thought to feel the emotions of enthusiasm, eagerness and happiness, you are saving a soul, you are changing a world. You are literally changing the vibrational reality which is your experience. You are quite literally being a vessel of goodness, into your world.

As you continue to focus upon these good feeling thoughts, new perspectives of what is possible for you will effortlessly arise. You are getting into the deep, deep magic of goodness at this point. This stuff is not for parents kids, please be mindful. 

You are now tapping into the most mysterious power than has ever been, and you will come to appreciate simplicities like gravity, as it keeps you from floating away in this new found lightheartedness & ease, and is always welcoming you into relaxation.

The infusion of relaxation & peace with what is, and enthusiasm for what can be, is like casually holding lightening in your hands. Feel sensation throughout your body. Feel directly into your body and recognize feeling from the bottoms of your feet to the crown of your head. You are connected. Continue to feel that connection. Know it by feeling, summon it freely & generously, and apply it wisely in all of your creating, in it’s true name of goodness. 

That which you are focused upon, is now entangled with the source of all creation, of all creators & wizards, and all powers that be - pure goodness.

Mindfully notice, witness and observe, the delightful synchronicities which are already revealing themselves to you.

You have drawn upon your being, and indeed the universe answers your call to play. Eyes & ears, remain present in feeling-tune with now, notice what you are wanting as it is unfolding, as your experience.

When you are mindful to catch, to take note of these luck defying harmonies of reality, they tend to become powerful chords, and even songs, paintings, and all arrays of beautification and betterment for yourself, and humankind as well.

Let’s be frank here. At this point you’ve got to just stop and do a reality check. Be completely honest with yourself, can you even handle more of this goodness of feeling? 

Passion will have you accomplishing twice as much & enjoying it tenfold, this is not some avoidance motive we’re talking about here, this is the Juice, the real deal you’re getting into. 

Passion stands to move mountains in your life, to bring your dream into manifestation, into the ‘physical’, in the ‘flesh’. To take what’s always been in your heart, and to make it real.

I’m not sure you really recognize what you’re getting into with this good feeling. You’re going to be feeling so good in the now, that your choices will experience a major shift. When you’re feeling the goodness, you’re far less inclined to do things, which were only sought to make you feel better. When this true nature of goodness & passion arises in you, cheeseburgers and fries tend to go un-purchased, milkshake machines find their way to unemployment lines. 

If you aren’t careful, you will become ‘one of those people’ creating the life they want to create, thriving and sharing the joy of being & living. You might wave & say hi to you neighbors now, and in your new found joy and friendliness, they might not even recognize you. Are you really prepared for this goodness? Once it starts rolling, it tends to permeate.

Ok, well, you asked for it. You inspect enough bee’s, you’re inevitably covered in the honey, so here it comes. Don’t grab just one or two tissues. Be honest with yourself, grab the whole box and order a case online. When being comes to play, being comes to stay. 

Whereas before you hadn’t heard of the emotional scale, and had that excuse... you are essentially now ripping the rug of despair & loathing right out from under yourself here.

Who will you be without the story you came here with? Have you even considered what you’ll say when people ask you why you’re “so damn happy”? You do realize they’ll expect a ‘logical’ ‘rational’ explanation, yes? 

Perhaps you’ll send them a link or tell them about this “scale”, and they might just think you’re some new mutation of crazy-happy-human. But it is now imminent… where you once saw problems, you’ll see opportunity, where you once saw suffering, you’ll see beauty & potential and feel compassion.  This willingness to love is irresistibly infectious and contagious. Truth will surely fill your experience and make it’s way into the hearts of everyone you encounter. You’re on your own at this point, you were amply warned of the power in this loving goodness.

Let it be said & heard clearly here & now, it is very, very likely others will accredit this new found love of being & joy of creating they’re infected with, to you. That’s your situation now, you asked for it. Maybe you’ll get lucky, and at least one of these muggles will listen to their intuition and realize a willingness to come, and to see, and to feel, just as you did. If we’re lucky, maybe even two.

In any case, don’t come back round here lookin for some kind of explanation for this, and don’t blow up my email with complaints about being ‘overjoyed’, and ‘waking up in love everyday’.

The mind & body will resonate more deeply & readily with each use as your vibration raises, and even beyond, lifting the vibe or your entire reality, and of of all those around you as well.

Don’t sort & pick through the garbage, don’t try to solve the garbage, don’t try to fix the garbage, don’t look for things to fix in garbage, don’t regret what’s in the garbage, don’t justify the garbage, don’t over analyze the garbage, don’t rehash the garbage, don’t dwell on the garbage, don’t complain about the garbage, don’t judge the garbage, don’t inspect the garbage, don’t blame the garbage, don’t try to make the garbage make sense, don’t share the garbage, don’t take pride in how much garbage there is being taken out, don’t compare the garbage to the neighbor’s garbage, don’t use the garbage to feel embarrassed, don’t wrestle the garbage, don’t reminisce upon the ol’ times of the garbage, don’t keep the garbage alive, don’t give the garbage life, don’t reflect on the garbage, don’t contemplate the garbage, don’t question if it’s the right garbage, don’t try to understand the garbage, don’t use the garbage to keep feeling the garbage, don’t question if it’s being taken out correctly, don’t pay any mind to how it’s being taken out, don’t worry for a self once the garbage is gone, don’t worry for others yet to allow their garbage to be taken out, don’t help others take their garbage out, don’t mention the garbage, don’t create a website about the garbage, don’t post online about the garbage, don’t pay any mind to the garbage, don’t debate or argue about the garbage, don’t narrate the garbage, don’t look for correct & incorrect garbage, right and wrong garbage, or good & bad in the garbage.

As sure as the sun is shining, as sure as source is infallibly appearing as the ground which meets your every foot step - source is always taking out the garbage.

There is only for you to allow.

 Streaming


One ‘mode’ of writing many find calming, grounding, centering and which therefore allows the natural energy of creativity into experience, is that of ‘streaming’. The body mind is in and of itself a ‘flow’, or, ‘stream’ of love & well being, experiencing the world which is of the very same nature & source.

Often, the ‘trappings of life’ and countless tasks & to do’s which fill our days and our lives contribute to the experience of discord & resistance which seems to veil clarity & creativity. We can however clear the mind by expressing, and realign in effortless focus, clarity and creativity, and the joy of experiencing, with stream writing.

This is one of the simplest practices employable. Simply sit with paper and pencil, and write whatever thought arises in mind. With streaming, the orientation is to be present with whatever arises.

Streaming is a purposeful practice of self-love. Simply be present, and allow anything at all, any thought, any feeling or subject which stands to naturally arise and ‘empty’ out, to do so.

There are no rules or guidelines with streaming. Allow what is to be as it is, and allow what is arising to be what is arising. Those who utilize the practice of streaming find that the body mind naturally orientates to creativity when allowance of what is and what is arising is mindfully experienced.

Many also find that the insights & ideas for their life and the endeavors therein which were more ‘on the fringe’, or ‘in the background’ of the mind, naturally move to the center of focus and make for some delightful feeling epiphanies.

Consider streaming one, two, or three pages each day. The earlier in the day the better, prior to thought activity of the ‘ten thousand things’ in your day.

The practice of streaming used in conjunction with the emotional scale makes for much clarity, emotional intelligence & self understanding, focus, presence, patience, and ‘more feeling’, or, connection flowing into our experience.

 Stoking Creativity & Healing Modalities


The experience of passion & creativity, and the eagerness, excitement & exuberance therein are of the highest vibrations and experiences life & creation has to offer. There are countless ways to re-connect in creativity to infuse the spark & zest of Creator-Creating-Creation.

The key is the willingness to let go of all that doesn’t resonate, and to experience being adventurous in trying new experiences, practices & exercises, finding what resonates and clicks most with you. There are unique gifts to be discovered within, developed, and expressed. This is one of the most satisfying experiences possible.

Though there are countless outlets & avenues of creative expression available, here is some information on a few for consideration…

Music is the literal vibrational expression of our being, and as creators, music is all about emotional expression. Consider utilizing YouTube and Google, to acclimate on how to sing properly. Singing is all about expression, and connection with the body vibrationally. Learning to stretch the stomach, control airflow, sing from the diaphragm, and from the vibrational resonance of the body’s natural registers, is one of if not the most truth printed practices, often taking energy, expression, and flow to new heights & renewing vibrationally like never before. 

An entire new world stands to open itself up, via vibration, allowing connection emotionally and most fundamentally with all of the wonderful & amazing singers, song writers, bands and musicians of creation. You’ll find the Truth is indeed everywhere, and is most unifying and inspiring as it becomes easier & more readily ‘spotted’.

Music, Inspiration & Effortless Change

If there is a consideration of making changes to exercise, fitness, diet or overall health, putting on a pair of earbuds and listening to music that resonates & feels good is one of the easiest ways to experience higher vibration and empowerment, aligning with and as the natural inspiration of the feeling of goodness, making these changes enjoyable & effortless.

Meditations

Consider reading through these short & simple meditations. They are specifically oriented to letting go of that which does not resonate and no longer serves, and reconnecting with source via feeling. Upon gazing at the list, one or two meditations will intuitively stand out.

Give those a read, allow letting go, forgiveness, appreciation, and or the simple goodness of our infinite being.

Some misinterpretation & corresponding emotional discord which is ‘clogging the pipes’ may arise. Allow what arises to arise, and to ‘come up and out’. Note the inspiration that arises in this clearing out. Take the time to express, and to write, and discover the great joy of how suffering is transmuted into beauty & creativity.

Sound Bowls & vibrational aligning

One of the easiest, simplest, most effortless means of ‘clearing’ and thus reconnecting with & as creativity, is that of using sound bowls. Creativity is inseparable from trying new experiences.

Youtube ‘healing sound bowls’ and choose from a wide variety of available recordings. Use what speakers or sound system is available, with the ideal scenario being a pair of speakers with some depth and bass. Sit with a speak placed on each side, and play a video. Close the eyes & relax, meditate, or simply continue with any task or work desired.

While earbuds can be very cleansing and vibrationally uplifting as well, it is the frequencies, the vibration felt upon & in the body from the speakers (or ideally actual live sound bowls) which makes for the most ideal healing & inspiring creativity drawing experience. ‘Dormant’ frequencies will awaken within, and a ‘return’ to childhood innocence and wonderment, and the natural curiosity and awe for experience & creating will arise.

Healing, energetic, alignment & EXPANSION modalities

It is highly likely that the incredible world of healing modalities lies yet untapped. There are hundreds of modalities to experience, and these experiences routinely changes lives not only in terms of healing and the release of energy blockages, but in the flow & stream of creative insights, ideas and inspirations which arise from the benefits of these experiences.

Get Away For A While

Another consideration to get the creative juices flowing, is to completely ‘remove yourself’ from the all of the patterns and predictable experiences of the everyday environment and ‘place yourself’ somewhere new, ideally somewhere ‘you’ve’ never been before. This doesn’t need to be as big of a change of environment as say, a different country. Simply utilizing resources like Airbnb or VRBO, and staying alone for a few days in a different abode, ideally in nature, can naturally & effortlessly bring the mind and body to rest, calmness, and equanimity, allowing rejuvenated creativity to naturally arise.

Talk With Someone New

One of the most effective & yet most often overlooked resources to not only rejuvenate in creativity, but to bring creativity to new heights - is ‘ourselves’, or, ‘each others. Talking with someone new to helps with a recognition of many aspects yourself which tend to go unnoticed in daily routines & activities.

When talking with someone new, and there are countless avenues to do so these days without even leaving home…a deep sense of appreciation naturally & effortlessly arises.

Insights into relationships, inspiration and creativity arise. Many who try this often experience subtle, yet life changing shifts in energy, in regard to a deepening realization & clarity of what is most wanted, and in kind, insight into the choices and paths to create more of the life desired to experience arise, which all sparked from talking with someone new.

Improv writing


Improv writing is one of the simplest and most efficient & effective vehicles of creativity. It develops a deeper connection with imagination via the spontaneous actuality of the present moment.

Improvisation is timeless spontaneous creation,
- being -
without preparation or forethought.


The spirit of improv writing is:

yes…and

Start with any idea that arises - there is no ‘wrong’! Write the idea down, and then say “yes…and” and then write whatever thought or idea pops up as to what happens next.

Improv writing is all about the flow & spontaneity of true, genuine, in-the-now unconditional acceptance, or being. By positioning the mind with the simplest of premises - “yes, and…”, mind attunes with the actuality of non dual reality, or, pure Goodness in which all is possible.

This practice is significantly impactful in regard to letting go of, or, no longer focusing on thoughts of doubt or second guessing. It is the allowance of the intrinsic effervescence of the creator - that is fun - to unabashedly, unapologetically - be & create!

This practice has long been known to part the clouds of seriousness, and illuminate sincerity & lightheartedness. Practitioners effortlessly develop trust in source, presence in being, and confidence & empowerment in realizing one can not ‘get it wrong’.

Poetry


As a practice & exercise of expression, poetry is about the natural flow of rhythm & rhyme. If new to poetry, start small with any topic or idea that comes to mind, and don’t go for meaning…just expression. Any topic, relationship, desire, dream, experience, memory, or interest, etc will do to get rolling.

Write a single word or small phrase of whatever comes to mind, and use the body to feel and move to the up & down rhythm which somehow mysteriously & intrinsically arises within all people in regard to poetry. Whatever that rhythm is, which comes to mind as these words are read will do just fine, there is no right or wrong in poetry. Though it is enjoyable to feel the nuanced rhythm of the words and for the alternating ends of the lines to rhyme, even these are not per se necessary, or ‘rules’. Here, as an exercise, it’s all about expression, and expression is wide open and completely of you.

Once there’s some ‘flow’ going, continue on with different poems and expand and express in different ‘colors’ and magnitudes, as this practice is very expressive for the heart, the soul, and expansive for the mind.

Google to learn about and use metaphors, allegories, synecdoche, metonymy, imagery and other literary devices in poetry. This practice ‘gets you out of your head’, and into a more emotional and creative ‘space’.

Write a poem to convey an idea or a story, about an interpretation or emotion, in regard to someone, a situation, or an event. Anything will do, and the inspiration and connection deepens and arises. If any difficult emotions arises, feel free to utilize the emotional scale to express and release, and utilize this experience as poetic material.

Using and becoming familiar with the emotional scale pairs perfectly well with poetry as it sheds light on emotions, with expression. If say, anger or rage arise to be released, find release in the expression of writing a poem about the injustices of the world, or perhaps a more specific & intimate sharing.

Creatively construct, or, ‘paint pictures’ in the readers mind. Imagine scenes, events and characters, and pull from imagination some words which highlight the key images ‘seen in’ mind, for the reader to imagine as well. This can be very connective and strengthening of imagination, and, if desired, share the poetry, as this can be very freeing of any concerns about what someone else may or may not think of you and your creative work, so to speak, as poetry is completely grey. It helps the realization that at the end of the day, in regard to what anyone else thinks, it’s all opinion.

This is also a great way to connect with other people. There are millions interested in poetry online and in meet ups. Venture out, share, you might find that you are inspirited in a myriad of ways from this single practice of poetry.

Dream Journaling


Consider keeping a dream journal at your bedside. This is a fun and profound way to get insights into your psyche and life that otherwise most often remain out of reach to each of us.

In the morning when you awake, immediately write in your dream journal. Don’t think about the dream in mind, just write anything about it, everything that comes to mind, in your journal. Then, set the journal down and be done with it for now.

Letting the entire dream go from mind altogether is key to extracting insight and guidance from dreams. Often, when we wake up with the remnant of a dream still in mind, there is a certain “emotional baggage” attached to the memory of the dream which tends to cloud our thinking.

Later in the day, perhaps in the afternoon, when you’ve completely forgotten about the dream, and emotion around it, and even what you wrote down earlier in the morning…go back to you dream journal.

It is most ideal to approach the dream journal, when you go back to read it, with a high vibration, unattached to whatever you wrote down.

When you go back and read what you wrote down, contemplate it lightly by preposing that it is guidance for ‘you’ from the “higher” self.

The dream journal is very much like taking a flight for a vacation. Imagine going to the airport and checking in your “baggage”, and then getting off the plain and again picking up your
“baggage”. Dreams tend to reveal the very “baggage” we went to bed with, and ‘picked up’ again the next morning.

If you can imagine sleep as being a perfect peace, and though there is no memory of actually sleeping, imagine that sleep is made of infinite intelligence, which loves you fully, wholly, completely, and unconditionally, and is offering guidance for you - but infinite intelligence which can not use language or meaning, and thus uses feeling and imagery. If you’re been looking to connect with intuition more deeply and allow the magic of experience to shine, this is a wonder-full opportunity.

Also imagine, as you go back and read what you wrote down in your dream journal, that the over arching theme of the message is “you can let that go”…“you don’t need to worry about that, or carry this baggage any longer”. Look for images, people, etc, from your dream, which are aligned with this message, supporting this sentiment, and attempting to relay this to you. Some would say this is a seeing of angels in heaven.

Overall, the ideal scenario would be to write the dream down as soon as you wake up, and then to forget any emotion associated with the dream. Then, later in the day, to read the content you wrote down, from the unfettered emotional ‘place’ of having forgotten what you wrote down. This way, you can see the content more for what it is, rather than ‘through the lens’ of the emotion that seemed related to the dream when you woke up.

The Loophole Shake


If you’re looking to eat cleaner, healthier & more nutritiously…but aren’t interested in bland food, spending more money or more time learning how to cook anything… rest easy, a loophole has been discovered.


Mix in a blender

1 scoop of ‘Chocolate Raw Meal with Greens’ powder.
